1 oz. chilled water
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Parfait d'Amour
1/2 oz. orgeat
1 oz. Pernod 68


In a collins glass, combine 1 oz. chilled water; 1/2 oz. each fresh lime juice, Parfait d'Amour, and orgeat; and 1 oz. Pernod 68. Add crushed ice, stir, and add more ice, so it brims over a bit. Garnish with an orange twist. (Published 2011)
