Liquid Swords

Ingredients

1 bar-spoonful of green Chartreuse
1 1/2 oz. Aperol
1 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz rye
1 flamed orange peel (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing glass, combine a bar-spoonful of green Chartreuse and 1 1/2 oz. each Aperol, Grand Marnier, and rye. Stir with ice 50 times, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a flamed orange peel. (Published 2011)
