A reverse-engineered classic Champagne cocktail combining Combier Pamplemousse, grapefruit juice, and Champagne.

Ingredients

1/2 oz. Combier Pamplemousse
1 oz. grapefruit juice
4 1/2 oz. Veuv Clicquot Yellow Label

Instructions

Build in a coupe, with no ice. End with a lemon twist. (Published 2015)
