Ingredients

2 oz. Nonino Chardonnay grappa
1/2 oz
Strega
1/2 oz. honey syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
Piment d'espelette

Instructions

In a shaker, combine grappa, Strega, honey syrup (combine four parts honey to one part warm water; chill), and  lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Sprinkle with piment d'espelette. (Published 2011)
