Joey Campanaro's popular West Village restaurant has one for the football watchers, with this tequila-optional Pacifico beer Michelada, complete with Clamato juice and a fiery Worcestershire mix, garnished with celery sticks (which will pair exceptionally well with wing eating).

Ingredients

1 bottle Pacifico beer
1 can Clamato
1.5 oz Worcestershire mix
lemon/lime wheels for garnish
celery stalks for garnish

Optional: add .5 oz. of silver tequila

Instructions

Fill pint glass with ice, pour over Worcestershire mix and 1/2 can of Clamato, while stirring pour Pacifico over ice. Garish with celery stalk and lemon wheels.

WORCESTERSHIRE MIX

1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce
1/2 oz Cholula hot sauce 1/2 oz lemon juice
pinch celery seed
pinch celery salt
pinch black pepper
