Ingredients

Oregano leaves
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces mescal
3/4 ounce yellow Chartreuse
1/4 ounce ricard

Instructions

In a shaker, muddle two oregano leaves and combine with simple syrup, 1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1 1/2 oz. mescal, 3/4 oz. yellow Chartreuse, and 1/4 oz. ricard. Shake, strain over ice, and garnish with a rosemary sprig and oregano leaves. (Published 2011)
