2 ears fresh corn
2 tbsp. crema Mexicana
1 tbsp. cotija cheese
Remove husks and place ears of corn on hot grill.
Turn slowly and cook until light brown marks appear on corn.
Cook until mostly charred for truly authentic corn.
Remove from grill.
Slather each ear of corn with crema Mexicana.
Then slather with grated cotija cheese.
Add cayenne pepper to taste.
Squeeze juice of ½ lime over corn.
