1 1/2 ounces Bison Grass vodka
1/2 ounce Aperol
1 1/2 ounces unfiltered apple cider
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Orange zest


In a shaker, combine Bison Grass vodka, Aperol, unfiltered apple cider, and lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with shaved orange zest. (Published 2011)
