Ingredients

2 ounces blanco tequila
1/2 ounce each yellow Chartreuse
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce cucumber juice
1/4 ounce mint simple syrup (recipe below)
Salt
Mint

Instructions

In a shaker, combine tequila, yellow Chartreuse, lime juice,  cucumber juice (extracted with a juicer) and mint simple syrup (recipe follows). Shake with ice and strain into a salt-rimmed coupe glass. Garnish with mint.

Mint simple syrup: Simmer simple syrup with one bunch mint in a covered pan for five minutes. Cool to room temperature and strain. Store in the refrigerator. (Published 2011)
