Ingredients1 pound fresh pineapple, trimmed and chopped
3 cups vodka
4 tablespoons simple syrup
Put the fruit in a large airtight jar.
Pour in the vodka (and simple syrup if you like it sweet). Seal the jar and store in a dark, dry place for about 2 weeks.
Strain through cheesecloth into a bottle ready for use.
