2 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup honey
1 cup raisins


Preheat oven to 350. Combine the oats, almonds, and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine oil and honey, then pour over the dry mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is coated. Pour mixture onto a small baking sheet and bake approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and add raisins. (Published 2009)
