Fresh Mint
2 ounces white rum
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Sugar cube


In a mixing glass, muddle 7 to 10 mint leaves and combine with rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and a sugar cube. Pour into a tall collins glass and add crushed ice and a dash of bitters. Swizzle, then garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw. (Published 2011)
