3-4 mint sprigs
2 ounces Plymouth gin
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Lime wedge or mint leaf


In a shaker, muddle mint sprigs. Add Plymouth gin,  fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake with ice; strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or a mint leaf. (Published 2011)
