Ingredients

2 slices prickly pear
3 teaspoons sugar
1 dash Cynar
1 dash triple sec
Prosecco
1 shot Aperol
Mint Leaves

Instructions

In a tall glass, muddle prickly pear slices and sugar. Add cynar and triple sec. Fill the glass with ice and top with prosecco. Add 1 shot Aperol; garnish with mint leaves. (Published 2011)
