Ingredients

1/2 oz. horchata
1 oz. jicama juice (extracted with a juicer)
1 1/2 oz. mescal
1/2 oz. agave nectar
1/4 oz. triple sec

Instructions

In a shaker, combine 1/2 oz. horchata, 1 oz. jicama juice (extracted with a juicer), 1 1/2 oz. mescal, 1/2 oz. agave nectar, and 1/4 oz. triple sec. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. (Published 2011)
