Ingredients

1 sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters
One quarter ounce Campari
Rose Champagne or Rose Cava

Instructions

Place sugar cube at the bottom of a Champagne flute. Pour Campari into the flute. Top off with Rose Champagne or Rose Cava. (Published 2009)
