7 dashes Angostura Bitters
7 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce bourbon
Champagne
Orange Twist

Instructions

In a Champagne flute, combine Angostura and Peychaud's bitters, Cointreau, and bourbon. Fill glass with chilled Champagne. Garnish with an orange twist. (Published 2011)
