Singapore Sling

1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
1/2 ounce cherry Heering
1/4 ounce Cointreau
2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
2 dashes grenadine
one dash Angostura bitters
1/4 ounce Benedictine
Cocktail cherry
Orange slice


In a shaker, combine gin, cherry Heering, Cointreau, pineapple juice, grenadine, and one dash Angostura bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a Sling glass filled with fresh ice. Float Benedictine, top with soda, and garnish with a cocktail cherry and orange slice. (Published 2011)
