Ingredients

1/2 ounce St. Germain
1/2 ounce crème de violette
3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
1 1/2 ounces Gruet sparkling wine
Lavender bitters

Instructions

In a shaker, combine St. Germain, crème de violette, and grapefruit juice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with Gruet sparkling wine and 4 dashes lavender bitters. (Published 2011)
