Ingredients

3 ounces Northern Spy fruit cup mix (recipe follows)
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Angostura bitters
celery bitters
ginger beer
Mint sprig
Lemon wheel
Seasonal fruit

Instructions

In a shaker, combine Northern Spy fruit cup mix (recipe follows), lime juice, simple syrup, 1 dash Angostura bitters, and 2 dashes celery bitters. Shake and strain over ice into a collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig, a lemon wheel, and seasonal fruit.
