Ingredients

Snap peas
Basil
Chive
Shallot
Red-wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Strain and blanch the peas. Drain well. Add chopped basil, chives and shallots, and red-wine vinegar. Toss well, and add salt and pepper to taste. (Published 2012)
