1 1/2 oz. Junipero gin
1/2 oz. St. Germain
1/2 oz. green Chartreuse
1/4 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. lime syrup
3 dashes celery bitters
1 sprig of thyme


In a shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz. Junipero gin, 1/2 oz. each St. Germain and green Chartreuse, 1/4 oz. each lime juice and lime syrup, 3 dashes celery bitters, and a sprig of thyme. Shake and double strain, then serve in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a sprig of thyme. (Published 2011)
