7 cucumber slices
3 ounces gin
2 1/4 ounces lemon juice
1 1/2 ounce simple syrup
In a shaker, muddle 6 cucumber slices with gin. Add
lemon juice and simple syrup, shake with ice and strain into
an ice-filled 24 oz. collins glass. Top with seltzer and garnish with a
sprig of mint and a cucumber slice.
