Ingredients

2 oz. Karlsson's Gold vodka
1 1/4 oz. English cucumber juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. each Dimmi, fresh lime juice, and white verjus
Cucumber slice

Instructions

In a shaker, combine vodka, English cucumber juice (extracted with a juicer),  simple syrup, Dimmi, fresh lime juice, and white verjus. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice. (Published 2011)
