1 1/2 oz. Oxley gin
1 1/2 oz. Cynar
1 1/2 oz. Aperol
4 dashes Fee Brothers orange bitters
1 large orange peel (optional)


In a mixing glass, combine 1 1/2 oz. each Oxley gin, Cynar, and Aperol. Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Add a few dashes of Fee Brothers orange bitters and garnish with a large orange peel. (Published 2011)
