4 1/2 oz. sparkling Alsatian wine
1 1/2 oz. crème de violette

Instructions

Pour 4 1/2 oz. sparkling Alsatian wine into a Champagne flute and top with 1 1/2 oz. crème de violette. Stir gently. (Published 2011)
