Fresh blueberries
2 ounces Islay single-malt Scotch
1/2 ounce agave nectar
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce elderflower syrup
Blueberry lager


In a shaker, muddle 10 to 15 blueberries. Add Islay single-malt Scotch, agave nectar, lime juice, and elderflower syrup. Shake with ice, strain, and pour over ice into a highball glass. Top with blueberry lager and garnish with a wooden skewer of blueberries. (Published 2011)
