Profile

A worthy addition to the Brooklyn burger scene, 67 Burger offers fantastically flavorful burgers in a minimal, sleek space just a few blocks from the Brooklyn Academy of Music. The delectable details are what set these babies apart: Patties are made from fresh-ground, seasoned, juicy chuck. The meat-to-bun ratio is spot on (no leftover bready remnants), the buns stay sturdy to the last bite, and the layering process is fastidious (an illustrative compositional diagram decorates the menu). The fabulous Blue Burger, crowned with a heaping dollop of blue cheese sauce and bolstered by four crumbled strips of bacon, is the sharpest success and works best with the crisp sweet potato fries. Generously sized salads and well-executed chicken sandwiches made with thin, tender grilled cutlets easily sustain those not in the mood for beef. Small tables soldier up against the wall opposite an open kitchen. Since there are no desserts on the menu, opt for a milk shake like the Bass Ale, adults-only version instead.

Love this place. Great burger combos, best onion rings ever, and great milkshakes. For photos, check out: www.eatbrooklynfood.blogspot.com and click on "burgers"!

Good burger, average service based on 3 visits, actually expensive, based on the location. My burger was cold when it came because the wait staff was unoccupied (they had no one but me in mid-afternoon) and let it sit there...Read More
