Profile

Rebelling against the notion that tea must be confined to the afternoon, this Upper West Side wonderland serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. All that plus over a hundred teas, a takeout counter, a private party room, and enough tchotchkes to drive any Hatter mad.

Brunch

Sat.—Sun., 8 a.m.—3 p.m.

Cakes
This relative newcomer to the baking scene specializes in imaginative designs featuring flowers, butterflies, or mod dots. Resident wedding cake designer Collette Foley (who also has her own cake company) prepares bright creations that are in high demand. From $8 a slice.

Recommended Dishes

The Mad Hatter (a pot of tea, two sandwiches, two scones, and a dessert), $30

The scones were amazing and the tea was delicous too. Their tea menue is so extensive that I never know which one to choose. If you are planning on going there, I would suggest getting the pumpkin scone, as I feel it is one of the best as well as the passion fruit tea. The place is perfect for kid's and parents who want to remember childhood.
