Just as they are at Greek fish houses from Astoria to the Upper West Side, fresh whole fish are displayed on ice, simply grilled, and priced by the pound. Elsewhere on the menu, spinach pie goes Gallic as spanakopita napoleon, and even souvlaki has a seafood slant, substituting skewered medallions of Chilean sea bass for lamb. — Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld

was invited by a friend of mine for dinner, the waiter was very polite and helpful good knowledge of the menu, food was really great, everything was really nice until that rude greek short manager showed up. he needed the table to sit some other people and despite the fact that our check was close to 700$ (4 people) he was hovering all the time around us looking at us really angry as if it was our mistake we wanted to spend money there, at the end after arguing with the waiter in-front of us(my friend is greek and could understand what he was saying to our waiter, really nasty mouth) they had us move to another table. That never has happened to me in my entire life. As well they train their waiters they should do the same with their managers and have them also wear a tie, that short guy was like a a homeless person with an attitude and an oversized suit.
Thanks for the dinning experience greek rude person.
We discovered this restaurant one rainy night a few years ago on a theater trip. Since then we go back every year when we're in New York. You will find everything on the menu delicious - especially the fresh fish. But save room for dessert - our favorites are the Greek yogurt with honey and walnut cake.
