Terrance Brennan's Artisanal spinoff in the former Trigo space boasts a “bar du fromage” serving artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, plus a wood-fired oven turning out French-style pizzas (“pissaladieres”) such as sheep’s milk ricotta, fava beans, and mint pesto.
