This Italian mainstay serves up over a dozen styles of brick-oven pizza, which also happens to be what they do best. The classic margherita masters a balance of sauce, cheese, and a just-thin-enough crust that eschews the need for a seemingly endless array of toppings. Entrées are less successful: The baked ziti is ultimately bland while the chicken francese is oversalted, and veal parmigiana is oddly gamey. Only a common side of creamy potato croquettes warrants a diversion from the pies.Extra
