Profile

Named for a rum-running boat and owned by a hotel-and-cruise-ship company, this tavernesque restaurant at the Park South Hotel understandably goes overboard on seafood dishes like lobster martini, porcini-and-herb-crusted salmon in pastry, and sushi-style sesame-seared tuna.

Happy Hour

Daily, 5 p.m.–8 p.m.; $4 drafts, $5 glass of pinot grigio or pinot noir

I went with my boyfriend on a Friday night. We started off splitting the Crab Cake (which was great) then had Espresso Rubbed Filet and the Pan Roasted Chicken which was amazing. I never order chicken but I'm glad I did. The restaurant is candlelit which gives it a romantic and cozy feeling. They also had a really cool jazz trio that starting playing towards the end of our dinner so we had a few drinks up in the lounge by the fireplace. It was a perfect evening!

I love this little place in the Park South Hotel. Their Espresso Rubbed Filet mignon is the best filet I've had in quite some time, plus they have a killer happy hour 7 days a week!
