Café Evergreen delivers its first-rate dim sum everywhere on the Upper East Side. Gorge yourself on fluffy pork buns, gooey, gelatinous vegetable dumplings, and specials such as beef glazed in a crispy, moderately spiced orange sauce and served with broccoli. Leave a little room for the scrumptious almond-flavored, crunchy cookies, free along with the standard fortune kind. This restaurant sells shark fish soup which encourages the trade of shark fins which is decimating the world shark population. Please boycott.
