Chango is a great place to go for after-work drinks ($5 margaritas during happy hour!) as well as dinner. Their shrimp enchilada is divine. The decor is a bit generic and the music isn't Mexican, but the food prices are moderate and they have a great selection of margaritas! The only thing I didn't like about the place was that the chips weren't free ($4/basket).
