Chef-partner Peter Klein started out cooking at China Grill and El Teddy's, then parlayed that spicy Chino-Latino experience into a lucrative cross-country consulting gig. Luckily for us, he's settled down in the West Village, where he's turning out addictive honey-plum-glazed spareribs and Sichuan steak-frites. This place rocks been going for about a year loving the whole time and all bars are dealing w/ costs. They are delivering MORE. DJ spinning to make you jump after hours. The food is the best.....keep on rolling CHOW...Read More
