The Grand Central outpost of the international empire is Cipriani for the masses, and they're there, mostly chugging Bellinis and snacking on breadsticks at the bar, or devouring rich, hearty pastas and signature dishes like beef carpaccio with Cipriani sauce. You might not expect it, but this Venetian kitchen turns out a terrific club sandwich, an unusual open-faced burger, a retro but tasty chicken curry, and some of the best bar snacks around.
