Profile

Located inside the New York Edition hotel right on Madison Square Park, the Clocktower sees Stephen Starr partnering up with British chef Jason Atherton, who earned a Michelin star at Pollen Street Social in London. His menu here is reminiscent of the NoMad: There are a few extravagant options—$135 dry-aged côte de boeuf with bone-marrow jus, $76 roasted Dover sole—as well as plenty of more casual (but still quite elegant) options, like $23 macaroni and cheese with ox cheek and morels, and $21 uni. Overlooking the park from the second floor of the hotel, the restaurant includes three dining rooms, a billiards room, and a bar.
