All the regular steakhouse items are here—and they're good—but you could easily (and happily) dine at Dylan Prime many times without eating a single bite of beef. The non-steak items include dishes like the market catch fish of the day and jumbo lump crab cakes with mustard aioli. The signature appetizer is cheese fondue.
Recommended DishesPrime steak tartare with garnishes, $19; 11 oz. carpetbagger steak (filet mignon stuffed with blue point oysters and served with baby spinach, mashed potatoes, and a sauce of Guinness and brown sugar), $46; cheese fondue, $19-24
