All the regular steakhouse items are here—and they're good—but you could easily (and happily) dine at Dylan Prime many times without eating a single bite of beef. The non-steak items include dishes like tea-brined duck atop farro and brussels sprouts, and scallops with pickled Jerusalem artichokes and pumpkin seed oil.
