All the regular steakhouse items are here—and they're good—but you could easily (and happily) dine at Dylan Prime many times without eating a single bite of beef. The non-steak items include dishes like the market catch fish of the day and jumbo lump crab cakes with mustard aioli. The signature appetizer is cheese fondue. — Steven A. Shaw
