All the regular steakhouse items are here—and they're good—but you could easily (and happily) dine at Dylan Prime many times without eating a single bite of beef. The non-steak items include dishes like seared halibut and jumbo lump crab with mushrooms and truffle oil. The signature appetizer is cheese fondue.
Recommended DishesPrime steak tartare with garnishes, $19; 11 oz. carpetbagger steak (filet mignon stuffed with blue point oysters and served with baby spinach, mashed potatoes, and a sauce of Guinness and brown sugar), $44; cheese fondue, $18-24
