Profile
All the regular steakhouse items are here—and they're good—but you could easily (and happily) dine at Dylan Prime many times without eating a single bite of beef. The non-steak items include seared halibut and jumbo lump crab with mushrooms and truffle oil. There's even a Portobello mushroom steak for the vegetarian crowd, and the signature appetizer is cheese fondue.
