The menu also extends a bit further than other red-meat temples, featuring items like grilled caesar salad and house-smoked salmon, and encourages diners to customize their sirloin or strip with mix-and-match sauces and optional add-ons like creamed corn with jalapeno and bacon. The 110-seat space is intended to feel homey and warm.
