Seating options are restricted to tan vinyl booths with glass-topped tables or a bar counter with swivel stools; cooking from the short-order kitchen favors the griddle (burgers, pancakes, grilled cheese), with the expected nod to Greek cuisine (spanakopita, souvlaki, gyros). Is a Romanian-pastrami sandwich exotic? Does an asparagus omelette feel like pushing the envelope? Because by and large, that’s about as out-there as this coffee shop’s gonna get.
