Profile

This venue is closed.

The concept of a Nihon sandwich may sound unusual, but Fultummy’s brief menu contains only simple, deep-fried twists on the timeless club. Its pork and chicken katsu features panko-crusted, bento-style cutlets wedged between two lightly toasted slices of white bread and topped with shredded cabbage, a mild chuno fruit-and-veggie paste, a house mayo, and a dash of teriyaki. The outstanding whitefish sandwich arrives covered in lettuce and a delicious homemade tartar sauce best accompanied by a side of thick, crispy fries or a large bowl of mild vinegar slaw. Egg options and a crisp, housemade ginger ale round out the menu.
