It’s on such a wide and wind-whipped street that in the winter it’s almost too painful to get out of the taxi. But on the other side of Gigino’s door, its rustic embrace melts people into puddles of relief and gratitude. We had a great meal at Gigino's Christmas eve 2005. Everything was fresh, and the owner was there. He was attentive. The waiters were nice. My only real complaint is that the desserts were a real letdown. Very average desserts...Read More
