These treats and more are available every day in Meyer’s elegant conversion of Grand Central’s Vanderbilt Hall into a Nordic smorgasbord of thoughtfully sourced, well-made Scandinavian specialties (including Brooklyn-roasted coffee). It deserves the highest compliment one might pay to a train-station food court: You’d want to eat there even if you’re not going anywhere.
