Shio (shee-oh) this light white soy sauce based marinade, seasoned with a hint of garlic and ginger is great with fresh lemon juice      
Teriyaki teriyaki gyu-kaku sytle. this sweet and thick soy-based marinade needs no dipping sauce      
Tare (tah-ray) this is a secret combination of soy sauce, roasted garlic, and fruit juices. after cooking, use the dipping sauces on the table to complement this marinade      
Basil gyu-kaku's special pesto sauce goes great with chicken      
Miso (mee-sah) our miso marinade is a sweet soybean-based barbeque sauce accented with a secret japanese herb, you can also have this in a spicy version
