The classic Brooklyn dog, topped with mustard, kraut and onions, sets a savory standard. Adventuresome palates (with iron-clad stomachs) may prefer the Windsor Weenie, a pastrami-wrapped bomb of a dog topped with kraut, Swiss cheese and mustard. Sides like onion rings, curly fries and skinny, fast-food-knockoff fries rely heavily on the trusty Fry-O-Lator, as do sides like boneless Buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers.
