Step aside, Demi and Ashton: Our strangest-partnership-of-the-year award goes to budget-Italian-restaurant boss Frank Prisinzano, of Frank and Lil' Frankies fame, and Karim Amatullah, the creator of the posh celebrity hangout Halo. The two have collaborated on a space equipped with all the right swanky accoutrements (skylight, waterfall, fireplace, velvety banquettes, and two beds to lounge on), where chef Junnajet Hurapen turns out modern Vietnamese fare including pho, summer rolls, and steamed lobster in curry broth. There's sushi, too, not to mention meatballs, which must have been Prisinzano's idea. — Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld

The food was great and very tasty especially sushi and spring rolls, service was great we were at the downstairs lounge on comfortable couches eating and drinking. There was no pretense there!

The ingredients to EVERY dish are meat market leftovers. If the food wasn't horrible enough, the scene is WORSE. The crowd is "looking for the scene" trendy: looking-over-shoulders to see someone interesting, but there are never interesting people there. Usually wall street types who heard it was cool. "HUE", is "WHEY" overhyped. They will be wiping away the cobwebs by summer. Go to nearby Pastis or Spice Market for a more exciting, new york scene. Here it is tourists, overpriced drinks and BAD FOOD! Yuck!
