Joe Dobias and his girlfriend and business partner Jill Schulster's East Village sandwich shop,
JoeDough is tiny and no-frills, with a vintage look
(wooden counter, old-school Diet Coke menu). The nine sandwiches on the
menu are mostly reimagined classics, including the L.E.S. French dip

fried bologna, mustard, potato chips). Also on offer: housemade sodas,
coleslaw and potato salad, and s'mores.
