At the tip of City Island, the seaport of the Bronx, Johnny’s Famous Reef Restaurant has drawn crowds since 1950 serving cafeteria-style boardwalk eats. Get in line for steamed or fried lobster, shrimp, clams, oysters and an assortment of fish piled on top of a mountain of fries. Landlubbers may select from burgers, hotdogs and even frogs’ legs.
